David Cavossa

David Cavossa has consistently demonstrated a dedication and passion for the satellite industry beginning with his work in NASA's Office of Legislative Affairs and Office of External Relations, most notably for educating congressional staff regarding NASA's budget, staffing NASA's "War Room" during the 2001 NASA appropriations votes in Congress and developing the Chinese Space Activities Summary for the NASA Office of External Relations. As Executive Director of the Satellite Industry Association, he served as chief industry advocate, becoming the industry's voice within the Defense community and raising awareness on Capital Hill, testifying before Congress on such topics as "Satellites are Part of the Solution" for disaster relief and recovery. He joined Arrowhead shortly before it was acquired by CapRock Communications and is credited with a key role in the double-digit growth the companies have recognized since the acquisition.
