Curriculum and Content SSPI works with leading educational institutions to help them develop post-secondary and continuing education programs in a wide variety of satellite-related fields. Through our Web site and publications, we also help interested students and satellite professionals to locate programs that meet their needs. Academic Advisory Board SSPI has an Academic Advisory Board made up of leading educators in the field, including: Joseph Pelton, Director, Space & Advanced Comm Research Institute, George Washington University Randy Johnson, Assistant Professor, Aviation Mgmt & Logistics, The College of Business, Auburn University Don Flournoy, Director, Institute for Telecommunications Studies, Ohio University The Advisory Board offers advice and council to SSPI on educational issues, and provides curriculum advisory services to institutions of higher education on the development of satellite and space programs. Collaboration SSPI actively seeks opportunities to collaborate with other leading educators to develop new content, to promote existing educational offerings, and connect prospective students with high-quality sources of undergraduate, graduate and continuing education.
