The SSPI Hall of Fame recognizes a lifetime of achievement in advancing science and technology, or in helping to build the political and commercial foundations of the global satellite industry, honoring those individuals who, throughout their careers, have made a truly unique and significant contribution to the industry.

 

 

 

Industry Innovator Awards

Through its Industry Innovator Awards program, SSPI identifies and recognizes outstanding new contributions to the field of satellite communications by both private-sector and public-sector organizations.  

 

 

 

 

As part of its mission to promote the recruitment and development of talent in the industry, SSPI presents "Promise" Award to three young satellite professionals who have shown the potential to play a leadership role in the industry. 

 

SSPI also presents a "Mentor" Award to an executive who is recognized for fostering young talent, both within his or her own organization and throughout the industry, and also for volunteering time and energy in support of the industry.
